Cant wait to see the header all done. Actually I wish I could be there when the build it, I would love to find out the process of turning the mock up kit into the real deal.
This has been a really fun project that I am happy I have been a part of. Ian comes up with these ideas in his head, then makes it reality. The adapter kit is actually really good, and once its all tested in his car, I think I will be getting one for myself.

No pictures of the final mock up but I did video pulling it out of the car (as requested by the builder).

Header is off at the fabricator, They told me 3 weeks till I get it back. So that gives me 3 weeks to get the catch can sorted, oil lines sorted, and water lines sorted. Other then that... she's set. Got the oil lines all done at lunch today.

What about the wiring? Did you do a stand alone harness?

Because this car is such a mess being that it's kinda and 05 and kinda an 06 my harness situation is a mess. I'm not going to be wiring it up and putting the Haltech in it. If I were I'd try to make a RSX harness work and go the K pro route. But as much of a cluster my particular car is I'll be having a professional do the wiring for it. That's the last thing it'll get.

Update, PCV system is sorted. Blocked the line off the back of the valve cover and the line off the block and added two vents to the valve cover over to a vent box (per suggestion from the guys at K-tuned).
Since I'm just waiting for the header to come back I decided to re-do the cooling system. It's always bugged me how the S2000 radiator isn't exactly the model of eff ency so I'm having a dual pass radiator made with side tanks rather then a up/down flow. I'm also going to change it to an expansion tank system versus an overflow tank so I can bleed it up front now that I've removed the heater lines and lost the bleed port on the back of the motor. Hopefully it'll be pretty neat when it's done.

I'm going to see if I can get the engine torque mount knocked out tonight. I've got it designed in my head and some metal to fab it up. I think it'll be pretty simple to do.

LOL, it'll probably never be on track with those guys. I'll go play with them in a Boss on sunday.
