I've been running two late model Supra TT PCV valves for 7 months now, without any problems. They're not as "bling", but for $6 oh well.

explain please.....

are you getting less blow by with them???

My issue here is to decrease the oil blowing into the intake manifold on high g turns.....with the oil catch can I get less oil into the IM but man.....that can fills up after every session.

I am trying to see if the fix is to add the krankvents.....as the oil catch can is just a bandaid.

krank vents are not a fix either, also a band-aid.

they are a one-way valve.

your problem begins inside the crankcase.

oh get a bafeled oil pan as well it will help with the filling of the catch can.

what i do usually is top off the oil, go out for a session let the can do its thing and when its full to the top i drain it, takes about 25mins to drain completely. and at that point the oil should be down 2x from the top x on the dip stick. and just run the car like that.

I am confused how does a baffled oil pan help with the blow by......I thought the baffled pan was to help with oil starvation during high g turns.

I picked up a Greddy catch can and dropped off the car at a local mechanic. Lets see what he came up with tommorow.

simple install....not sure why you are having a mechanic install it....but no probs.

Again what troubles me is that it appears that the catch can collects more oil than what would actually flow into the IM if you didnt have a catch can.

So I ordered Krankvents and lets see if that cuts it down any....I am also getting a compression test tomorrow......With 35,000 miles I would be very surprised if it fails
