How long ago was this? They have a facility in CA.

Did you consider revalving your Bilstein shocks to handle a higher spring rate? It is not adjustable like the KW (unless the European PSS is different than the US), but would be cheaper and you'll still end up with a quality suspension. There is a thread on revalved Bilstein coilovers on this sub-forum.

I have a JDM S2k that arrived into Ireland from Japan with Bilstein PSS fitted. I was told on my last inspection I have a 13% imbalance in the rears and they have failed the inspection. So I emailed Bilstein Germany who diverted the mail to my local agent ( 30 miles away) Who said they had sent my request for pricing and lead time for revalving the 4 dampers on to Bilstein Germany.
That was 12 weeks ago
It's half the price to get them revalved than to buy KW V3s and If it was possible to spec them up to PSS 9 I'm sure they would be perfect.
But I think that this customer service is extremely poor

Mine have about 30k of street and track and I think they are ready for a rebuild. I feel like the shocks are not as planted as before. I adjusted the rebound down a bit more and it seems more like it used to.
I don't think anyone could tell you how long they hold performance without a shock dyno.

KW has an engineering facility in Fresno now. Unknown as to if they can do rebuilds.
As for suspension longevity, it really depends on usage and roads. One summer in Detroit killed my Koni Yellows. The roads here in LA suck; the stock shocks on my Evo were definitely feeling worn in 40k miles. The roads in Texas and Florida are much better.
