Laguna Seca --- Roll Call.
Boys, boys, seems you've been smoking more than go-fast crack. Just got the full "cheater's test day" report from my scout - do you really think coilovers are going to make up for the huge deficit you guys had at the Streets?
I'll take straight-up $20 bets on myself vs. Rylan, Bitterman, Slick Rick, and sphinkter. The winner will be whoever has the fastest single lap time at the end of the second day. Times must be done on DOT tires.

mmmm....coffee:
Doug: you were handicapped for several reasons: first, you're pregnant and the self-preservation instinct is going to kick in. Second, yes mods actually make cars faster and you don't have any. Third, I've modified my seeding schedule below based on new information and based on the fact that I keep forgetting you're running hoosiers. Sphyxster has moved up a place too you may note. The seeding is at the end of this tirade (sp?).
Doug: for a guy who makes a living off excuses, you sure have some bad ones:
1-27-02 BW - 4th (I left when it was raining, everyone else stayed till it dried out)
since when is "leaving the track" an excuse for not winning?. That comes right after "I didn't show up."
3-08-02 Streets of Willow - 2nd (with only one leg working)
fair enough old man
3-30-02 Sears 4th (learning to drive S2000 on new track)
is that "learning to drive the S2000" (seems like you've got some experience above); learning to drive Sears Point? (you'd been there before), or just plain "learning to drive"?
12-13-02 Streets of Willow - 3rd (jzr's BAUW + fence problem)
it's not clear to me who was the problem there, the fence or you
And, I'd like to point out that you were on the podium. You got second for the year, remember? You would have gotten first if you hadn't adopted this guy's driving style
. Try less wheel movement and remember that you don't have to shift at a fixed time intervals, it has more to do with what's happening on the track at the moment.
JZR: I'll take that bet for me, Rylan, and sphyncter.
NEW SEEDING:
Bob in Kennedy's car
Kennedy in Kennedy's car
The Sphincter (driver looking good at yesterdays practice session)
Bob in Rylan's car
Bitterman
krazik (looked good (physically) at yesterday's "practice" session)
Keeney (demoted because he just quietly works on making his car faster rather than flapping his jaw on this thread all day long)
Hayashi (moved up because of Hoosiers, and because he's getting angrier by the minute)
slickrick
Rhoades (wing design getting too complicated, facing cost overruns, poor communication between management and engineers.)
unabagler (just eating bagels, not driving)
R. Laifatte
S. Kwan
Jason W.
John H.
John K.
K. Chai
B. Liu

WHO'S THE MOLE?
latest CBM: remove parts from car midlap to reduce weight and improve laptime.......if you are really good, discard in the racing line after blind elevations on the track to slow down competitors. just don't plan on confirming results with amateurs in the cold pit, you'll need professional track specialists for that.
