Default lapping day track miles

(Based on a discussion in the blued RA1 topic.)

On days when I've had either open track or two run groups, I find I get in about 200 track miles. (Apparently this means I only run about half the time even when I have open track.) [These are usually weekday events.]

On days where I am in one of four run groups I tend to get only about 100 miles. [These are usually weekend events.]

I usually use my Trip B to keep track of my track miles.

This past Monday and Tuesday the school was divided up into two 30 minute sessions in the AM and 2 twenty minute sessions in the PM. I got almost 120 miles on Monday and only about 50 on Tuesday as I did not take my last 2 PM sessions due to additional teaching and some pad maintanence.

When I do a weekend school and I have an open track on Friday I have done as many as 360 miles on that one day, depending upon just how "open" the schedule is due to club racers needing practice and the instructor training school needing just their program on track.

My CRX-Si will run for 2 hours straight on a tank of gas, the S seems to give me only about 1 hour per tank.
