All new KICS are steel or only certain ones?

Kics Caliber. They are the cheaper ones, not the R26/40. They care 7 point for safety, closed end steel lugnuts. They aren't the lightest ones out there, not light at all, but they look nice and seem like they would fit the bill quite well for what you're looking for.

Damn... that is funny... I was just looking at those when you posted this... lol.

Do they really weigh that much to make a difference? Probably talking grams from what is considered light to heavy?!?... I'm seriously asking (not joking) cause I'm not sure. Never really researched lugs before until now.

Thanks,
Andre

Unsprung rotational weight is the most important type of weight, but I doubt it will feel any difference. I haven't been able to find any weights, I know that the Kics R26/40 are 26 and 40 grams respectively, 949 are 25 grams, these could very well be 40 grams a piece.

The weight is not significant for yours or my purpose. They hold the wheels on...

... 40 grams, which account for about 0.44 lbs a wheel, which really is nothing. Or at least compared to going from OEM wheels to RPF1s...

Thanks for the help guys... ... looks like I'll be getting these.
