[QUOTE=pantyraider,Feb 21 2006, 06:03 PM] I guess you meant STOCK as in S2000 challenge classification? I read it as in a completely stock car with R compounds.

I did a 1:31 on a stock, wheels, tires, everything (not stock s2ki class) S2000 with just pads.

I just wanted to do a tire review but everyone just want to prove that they are better. Its just an objective review people!
I'm not here to point out I'm better, I'm just disagreeing with your review of the RA1s.

But correct me if i'm wrong, a wing and wheels would throw you out of STOCK class right?
Well of course. Its a MOD car because of the R-cpds so automatic bump right there. And being a non-rookie is another auto-bump.

The wing + wheels is worth 25pts each so its a 50 pts car.

Still another 50pts to go..

Not trying to piss you off but you have a tendancy to post your opinons up disguised as fact and then when I call you on it you just claim its an opinon.

You're a marketing guy, I know its how you're wired
Nope, your not pissing me off.

Yea I am a marketing guy and its how I am wired (you guys need us anyways).

How else is a small privateer supposed to review or test parts?

I am providing as much data as I can generate, such as lap times and I belive I try to do a better job then most. I don't have a trailer or extra set of volks to do a back to back testing also.

If gofastlabs want to help me out, I would gladly run a side by side testing.

You wrote stock in capital letters so I'm thinking either he's talking about STOCK S2000 challenge class or trying to emphasize that the car was almost exactly out of the factory.

Since it's not in either of those boxes, I just wanted to correct it because the word stock gets thrown around when its not really stock. Like you said to krazik its a stock car, but basically any car that isn't gutted is stock to him

Understood. Maybe our definition of "slide" is different. I used to practice drifting remember?

A lot of reviews are subjective: tires, suspension, handling, cars...

Do you guys want me to insert: "I think", "I belive", "Its my guess", "It feels" on every single review sentences?

So Rob, this is with 245's all around?

Why not try to get 265's in the back?
Yup, 245/45 all around. No rubbing but cars with softer spring rate with different alignment may experience rubbing.

I didn't go 265 as I wanted to keep my fenders stock F & R. Does this mean my car is stock?!
