Default Megan Racing 2013 S2K Challenge Series #4, Sunday April 14th, 2013

Welcome back everyone! The fourth event of the Megan Racing 2013 S2K Challenge event will be held at Buttonwillow Raceway Park on Sunday, Spril 14th. This will be the last 13CW event for the 2013 season, but we will be returning to BRP in September for 13CCW. Please remember that although the events are coming rapid-fire, only the best 8 finishes count for the end-of-season podium!

REMINDER: In order for your times to be official, you must sign up for an official transponder. The S2K Challenge committee will not accept any personal lap times from GPS data loggers, beacon lap timers, etc.

***Timing is FREE for all S2k Challenge participants, as long as you check the appropriate boxes when you sign up. The pricing will be manually adjusted before you are charged to reflect the free transponder. The transponders are first come first serve, and when SV runs out, they are out!

Time Trial format: TBD. TT seems to be popular...

Any Street cars willing to let me co-drive? I don't think I'll have my car up in time for this event (besides it being completely stock). Will pay for consumables, and/or can bring my own tires and brakes!

Bring some bolsters or something and you can lay a few laps down in my car.

There as well. same car.

medium wang = 1.25
wheels/tires = 0.50 + 0.75 = 1.25
hardtop = 0.125
HFC = 0.125

Total = 2.75

Ameer - what tires did you decide to get? I'm guessing I'll try the RE-11A next, or the AD08R if it's priced competitively the way the ZII and RE-11A are (although RS3s are still cheaper and still fast enough, if not still faster).

Didn't I read somewhere that you run a separate set of track wheels? What about trying out NT01? You have the points

I haven't decided yet but I am considering NT01.

The problem here is fresh RS3 are about the same for a day. I could just do the street tire + wing and be gay

or spend thousands of dollars trying to make N/A power.

Either way you cut it I spend more money than I want and I think I can use the time getting back into driving on track instead. My consistency has been way off lol.

Any word on whether this is TT or FTD? Given that there will be a bunch of slowpokes in the Bimmer Challenge clogging things up
