Default Mounting harnesses without roll cage

Is it possible to mount a 4pt harness in the S without getting a roll cage? I would like to get harnesses, but i don't want a full cage. Are there any other alternatives like Harness bars or custom mounting? I've looked around at harness bars, but i can't find any for the S.

Any info on this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Sure.

But not safely. And there is a reason you don't find harness bars for the S2000 -- because you can't install one of those safely either.

For a show car, anything goes. For a car where you actually plan to rely on the crash protection, the only relatively safe options are roll bar/cage or completely OEM. (If you just want to be held tighter in the seat, you might try the CG-Lock.)

roll cage? you can get a nice 4 point roll bar and be safe with a harness.

For $50 you could get some Takata harnesses silkscreened on a t-shirt. It'll of course cost a bit more for two or three colors.

I disagree. I've tried both, the CG-Lock is much better and well worth the $$ IMHO.

I have done it safely, dont know if you would want to do what I did though. I will try to take pics, it use 095 or what SCCA reccomends but it is safe and it is a bar but not a 4 pt rollbar.
