My racing highlight of the year...
Okay, this has nothing to do with an S2000, but, Christmas came early today as I got to meet and do 3 kart races with Liz Halliday , professional racer/current LMP2 driver. Thanks to The Reverend for inviting me . Couple other friends were there too. She is such a nice person, and now I'm a groupie that will follow all her races .

Awesome. How many seconds a lap did you beat her by? C'mon...share your lap times!
I got to race Randy Pobst at Speedring a couple years back. He wasn't as attractive as Liz, but it was still an unforgettable experience.

Here are the results of the last race :

She was improving each race as she got used to the karts and the track.
BTW, Boris Said is local and his laptimes aren't tops either. Neither are mine (top times are low 26's). I think you have to drive these electric karts very differently than a car.

The muell.erized team flew in Randy to drive a second car to give them extra leeway in making sure I didn't beat them for the ITE championship
But yeah Richard where is are the laptimes?

If you can't open it (maybe only my computer can get to it), let me know and I will try copying and pasting.
We all raced and chatted and for a couple hours. Driving her Lola-AER LMP2 sounds very difficult; 475 HP in 700 kg weight, turbo small 4-cylinder, and has this thing where the engine maintains a minimum high rev (or something like that) to avoid turbo lag... sounds like a real handful.
