Default Need a steering hub & wheel recommendation

I'm picking up a quick release that is compatible with Sparco and Momo wheels. Since this is my first venture into replacing such things, I need a hub adapter and wheel recommendation. What should I look for in a hub adapter and wheel? Where should I purchase? What size wheels are folks using?

Thanks!

I have the Mugen wheel, Works/Bell short hub and a Snap-Off quick release. The combo puts the wheel about at the stock distance.

I did a alot on research before I got the quick release. This was the best I could find.

Friend of mine is looking to get rid of a Brand New Sparco Steering Adaptor...

I'm guessing it's going to be very cheap, haven't talked price with him. He told me if I found someone interested to PM an offer, so let me know if you are interested.

It has 0 play by design. There are 3 pins on the face and two on the sides. The side pins give a postitive lock.

Oh, for the record, the Mugen and Spoon wheels are both made by Momo and 350mm.
