Part of it is also your spring rates. Your old 13k/11k setup had the front springs 18% stiffer than the rears. With your new spring setup of 12k/10k, the fronts are now 20% stiffer than the rears. So it's a slight swing towards understeer mixed with your assumed stiffer sway bar leading to more understeer. You also removed a lot of stuff which may be swing the weight distribution forward a bit also leading to understeer. Though you added a roll bar... regardless, this is your new baseline. I'd put the old bar back on, assuming it's softer, and see what happens.

I'm pretty much stock, wingless ap1 w/:
koni yellows
K&N FIPK
RS3 F225/R255
saner fsb (middle setting)

Psychoazn drove my car on the track, he thinks my car understeers like crazy.
But i also drive a STI, so the S2k is oversteer compared to my STI.. lol
I think ill try the fsb soft setting at the next track event, and if i still dont like it, ill swap it back to stock.

That is the plan. Thanks!

What he said. It is pointless to try to play with the setup if the main ingredient is compromised.

Sorry for the OT, OP. I had 225/255 RS3s, stock CR suspension, -1.8 camber all around, -5.5 caster and 0 toe front and rear and it felt nice with the Saner bar on soft. You may want to give that a try.

Is the idea here that less negative camber in the front could increase front grip?
Yes, could be too much camber for his setup & tires.

another vote for going back to stock front sway. I don't think it's needed on an S2000 unless as a last resort.

My setup is as follows:

Ohlins DFV 10kg/8kg (so leaning more to understeer than your setup)
225 front/255 rear (so again, more understeer)

camber: -2.5 front, -2.8 rear.

my car is mostly steady to slight oversteer on slow speed corners. Last track day had a little too much oversteer in high speed corners for my absolute liking. Not one hint of understeer though.

That is true, but these are the same tires I used last track day, and I didn't notice any hint of understeer.
