Default OEM Hartop Install

I no longer have a soft top or the motor assembly and the interior is stripped. I got an OEM hardtop and realized that I can only put 2 screws in the assembly that snaps into the side strikers since the motor assembly is gone, the 2 other screws have no where to go.....

How have some of you done with this issue who are stripped.....

Thanks

I had mounts made for both the front and rear mounts. I sold off the OEM hardware. The rear strikers sells for 300-400.

One other question.....are you guys removing the black plastic/rubber strip that runs on the rear deck of the car to have the hardtop sit more flush????

Get your fabricator to weld on mounting brackets. Do not remove the rubber seal.

I don't remember a welder anywhere near your garage when we put that thing on your car back in '04
