Default Only 4.5 degrees Caster

Due to a bent right front lower control arm I can't get more the 4.5 degrees caster. Is it worth replacing? If so, where is the best (cheapest) place to get one? It's been this way for over a year. I bent it at SOW esses. Does more caster make the car handle better on track?

It will make the car track straighter and can reduce turning effort.

What do you mean by "reduce steering effort"? Force or displacement?

More caster would increase the displacement required to turn the wheels, so I guess that means by mechanical advantage that it would reduce the force. But in a power-assisted car, I tend to notice the displacement required more than the force required.
