I'm new to the S2000, but have been doing Open Track type events for 20 years. I've got a new S2000 and am interested in setup.
- what alignment specs would work well (definitely need more neg camber up front, beyond that I haven't decided yet)
- where the best place to buy the best braided stainless lines?
- what kind of coilover/shock combinations should I be looking at (future project)

I've done a search, and there is minimal information on this forum. My sole interest is Open Track, not Auto-X (I've already done that for years, my interest is now Open Track). I';ve done a lot of setup with prior cars, but I am new to the S2000
- There is some useful brake pad info, but I am more interested in alignment, braces, and sway bar experience.
- I'm interested in specifics for alignment, along with finding out if this car has a toe-change deal and how much it changes toe.
- What are the benefits of a front bar change for Open Track. Note that Open Track setup is very much different from auto-x.
- Has anybody used the Mugen bars - there are two sizes for the front and two for the rear. I know some additional front roll stuffness would be welcome, how about using the loarger of the two bars up front and the smaller of the two bars in the rear? I am assuming that all 4 Mugen bars are stiffer than the stock peices...

Take a look in all the forums..

A lot of information on braces, sway bars, brakes, some on alignment. Little is concrete.. the car has been out a year and a half so the body of knowledge is slim yet.

If anyone has a pat answer for you it is probably worth what you paid for it.

Were I you, I'd probably talk to King Motorsports and Mike B at Comptech and see what they are doing. I know King is running an s2k in track events, and the Comptech mule might be too now that the supercharger is in. Also check out the One Lap threads and see who is participating and ask 'em what they've done.
