OTC preparation
It depends on who's pulling it apart and putting the new one together.
Just joking. Erik's and my car will likely be quite different but I am sure we will both be ready for OTC and should be more reliable than the non-S2000 competitors. If you see the 440 whp Evo practicing at Sears this weekend, maybe you can help the driver with some last minute tuning, if you know what I mean.
Even better, get Bitterman to go for a ride with him to show him the line through 10.

There are only 3 EVOs I'm concerned about and unfortunately the chances of them all going down for a day isn't great. I think that, in the end, as long as blown cars can boost without restriction you aren't going to find any S2000s competing in OTC. Adding even 6psi of boost to an S2000 bumps it to T2 while the evo's and sti's et al can add as much as they can stand and remain in T3 indefinitely. The OTC rules and the odds are stacked against us.
Reliability is a factor but the event is now 2 days shorter than it was and going into it dependent on the competition having major mechanical failure takes a bit of the sport out of it.
