It has the reputation of being one of the bumpiest tracks out there and being extremely stressful on cars. It's part of the reason why the 12 hours of Sebring is so popular and car manufacturers covet being able to claim victory at that event.
There are parts of the video where it's not all over the place - which I suspect are the smoother parts of the track.
I could be completely wrong though, and the camera is mounted wrong... LOL!!!
I agree with nick above though. 3rd gear in T3 and T10 should be faster than going to 2nd.

Looking at the data, I don't see much time to be had in three. Comparing my fastest laps to my ideal laps, it looks like most of the time to be had is in turn 15. I'd guess that exiting 5 well is more critical than entering three in 3rd. Ten showed the same amount of time added as the 3-4-5 sector. So... Plenty of thoughts for next month.
The only time I had driven Sebring prior to this event was at Chumpcar last September so I am anticipating finding a lot of time.
