Are you talking about 405N over the Santa Monica over pass? I've bottomed out there one time at 75 mph. I use that spot to measure susp travel now.
That sounds right. It's north of LAX and before you start to climb elevation. I'm surprised there aren't accidents from those bumps/dips.

Obviously, you've never driven through turn 17 at Sebring .
I agree with turn 17 (at the apex, close to the wall is a dip) but without a doubt turn 1 at speed it super bumpy. esp in a formula car

Ok...results are in

No rubbing after 90 track miles!

The tires were a nice change from my heat cycled V700s that I used to run. Despite track temps in the mid 90's the tires did not get greasy.

My first runs were characterised by slight oversteer on corner exit especialy when I had a slight throttle lift for turn in towards the apex. After checking the tire pressures I lowerd the rears by about 2-3 psi and that took care of that problem for the most part.

I can only immagine that these tires will get faster as the tread gets lower.

Over stock tires? Absolutely! I'd say better than my old Victoracers, and stock tires. That's all I have to compare against so far.
