Default Powerflex bushings

I recently replaced all my bushings with powerflex ones, was curious if the bushings need to be preloaded like the stock ones do? I searched and it seems as if some folks think they do and others that they don't. Before I drop the car to the ground want to make sure it's done right!

If there is lubrication in the sleeve, and given that there is no physical attachment to the bushing, the sleeve will rotate in the bushing. I always have tighten these bushings in there air.

as the inner sleeve is not bonded to the poly material like stock bushings are they would not need to be tightened up like stock parts.
