Prosolo registration
I have been checking for registration to open for days and I still almost missed it! BS up to 16 drivers. Event up to 211. My first Pro. Should be fun! Look forward to seeing everyone there!
True statements.
In for BS.
In for BS.
Well it appears BS is alive and kickin on the east coast, the report of it's death due to STR are greatly exaggerated. 18 drivers in BS with a third piloting CR's, this will be fun.
Might go up to 20 by weeks end...

I always cringe too Marc. Fresh diff fluid and fingers crossed. This will by second pro with an s2000. My old Ap1 held up fine, so I hope to continue the trend. We'll be doing everything we can to keep the diff cool and ensure adequate tire spin at the line.
This worries me a bit too, but Pro Solo is so fun...
Barbato v. Toussaint will be interesting. If any of you NJ guys need assistance in finding a good hotel, I'm a transplant in the Maryland area from North NJ and am willing to help out wherever I can. I live 40 minutes from the event. I'm excited about the pro, but much more excited about the NJ divisional later in the season. Meadowlands kicks ass while Fedex Field is slippery. Make sure to get some practice in if you haven't driven here before...
1) Honda diff fluid or Redline? Any preferences?
2) What is the ideal launch for not blowing up diffs? My assumption is rev it just high enough so that when you drop the clutch quickly it'll spin the tires a little bit then go. I'm guessing the worst possible thing is to rev it up a little lower than that, drop the clutch, and jolt forward with no tire spin
Ooh that reminds me I get to play with my flashpro's launch control...
Yeah, I'm in. Decided to do it, but pros are not my favorite events. He is only co-driving with me at a few events for the year, and none at any WDCR events. Mostly away stuff with probably an event at Hershey and a NJ event. I'm still overly cautious with my car after last year's Nationals. Andy is a great guy, but I'm not even giving him the keys to my car at very many events. I heard he is driving with you at the Pro. He is great and will take good care of your car and works well with everyone. I suggested to him that if he got a better deal co-driving with you (and providing transportation) that he take the offer since I want him to have more fun in an S2000 than I might be willing to provide. Right now we are doing Dixie next, but if you can make it and would allow him to drive more than me during the season, I say go for it.
