2:02s and 2:03s have been done in a stripped race prepped car using RA1s but using 245/275 widths on 18" rims. Not sure what a decent time is for the 16" 225/245 combo.

thanks guys....ive seen a 2:03, which is pretty quick...how do you guys think an S2000 with about 275hp in some capable hands would do(were talking about a full race car on 3-ways)...looking at the 25 hour as a race we might enter.
I've done 2:02s in the heat at thunderhill on a stock motor'd race prepped s2k. My car with Wild Bob driving has done 1:59s on slicks.

With cyclone, I'm thinking 2:07's (assuming RA-1s). Your weight and HP should make up for RL's larger tires.
Bitterman and I have done 2:07s on a "fairly" stock car (it was on hooisers tho)

The 25hr is NASA so they run w/ the Bypass (no Cyclone), its about 3-4 secs a lap w/o the cyclone. I think you should expect ~2:00-2:01 w/ your weight and smaller tires using the bypass.

i pm'd you, and yes id be interested in local guys, sharing a ride and info and what not, i just got an email from the NASA guy running the enduros and he told me to READ the rules before slotting the car into a group- H1 in EO, so my question is, is it worth it to have the car run in EO under H1 rules, or just go ALL OUT??

From past results, an H1 prepared S2000 is very competitive against other H1 Honda's.

The thing to remember is fast lap times will not win you the 25 hr race, the ability to say away from contact/damage and longevity of the motor/car are more important. Keep an eye out for the Porsches as they tend to use slower cars as guard rails.

Krazik is a racing superhero. 2:07s on a 'mostly stock' S2000 is ucking sick....I just hit 2:07s w/the cyclone and I've got a stripped car WITH a supercharger and 235/275 RAs.
