question about tire/wheel set up on topfuel s2000 and j's racing black s2000

Yeah. Your first hint should be if a coilover kit is called something greater than a 2 or 3 way... or if it's not one of the following brands:
Koni
Bilstein
Penske
Ohlins
JRZ / Moton / AST / MCS (all related, kinda)
Sachs
MCS was started by Jeroen, who was the J in JRZ, and Lex. Lex worked for Moton until AST bought them. Jan from JRZ (the Z) wrote the Vehicle Dynamics and Damping book, which is worth the read.
There are exceptions to the rule, some of the other companies do have some decent stuff. It's my understanding that BC coilovers can be revalved with Bilstein valves/shims.

pretty sure Hoosier tires are not so common in Japan, lol ... somebody there should have snapped them up before Continental did last year.
