Default Quick Advice on AP2 AS Setup/Alignment

I'm setting up my '06 S2000 to compete in the local AS Autocross events and have been scouring this forum as well as a few others for advice on setup.

I did my first even in it 2 weeks ago with it being 100% stock (Including 6k old Bridgestones) and feel there is a TON of room for improvement since the car was pushing all over the track and the brakes felt very weak.

Since the last event here is what I have purchased;
ATE Super Blue Brake Fluid (Full swap and fresh bleed)
Kumho XS Tires 255/40-17 Rear and 235/45-17 Front

It is going in for an alignment on Friday and I don't know what specs to go with....Can some advice be passed out? I've done the whole search thing and came up with the following:

Option 1: Camber: F- -1.75 R- -2.25 Toe: F- 0 R- 3/8"

Option 2: Camber: F- -1.5 R- -2.0 Toe: F- 1/8 Out R- 1/4 In Caster- -5.5

I also plan on doing the DIY exhaust dump mod, ARE 1.5" Sway Bar, and Cobalt XR2/XR5 pad combo, but that won't be until the next event. I think that will pretty much be it for the car....at least for this year. Still considering setting it up for STR next year. Thanks for any help or advice that you guys can give. If you disagree with my parts selection about please chime in too.

Also please explain the benefits of either alignment setup above.

First off, scratch the pads, track pads will only hurt your braking performance, as they will not get hot enough to be effective.

As for the alignment, neither is the best for autox, but a combo of the two could be better.

Go for max camber, front and rear, then add in the toe out in the front for better turn in (if that's what you want), and rear stick with whatever Honda recommended.

If you do this - be prepared for horrendous handling. Anything more than 2.2 camber in the rear will be push city.

Max camber and caster in the front. 0 toe - no need to wear out your front tires for a car that turns in "yesterday". Rear toe should be around 1/8" in total.

Max rear is about 2.2, so I didn't think it was worth mentioning what happens beyond that.

I disagree, XR-2 and XR-5 have a good initial bite. The brake paddle feel more solid. I leave them on.

Yeah I could definitely get over -3 in the back on my AP2 with no issues.
