Whenever I do stuff that needs bolts I go to Home Depot and buy a bunch of different ones. I just return what I don't use

It was a buddy club rail that Matt G sold me probably 1.5 years ago. He had it in his AP1. (I think)

I didn't realize their was a difference?! Do you know what's different about the 06+ rail?

Edit: yea I left the sensors on the stock seat. I'll deal with the light on my dash. Just add to the already couple lights I have on my dash lite up.

Yeah the passenger floor pan on the 06+ models is pretty different from 00-05 models. Not sure exactly what is different between the rails but Buddy Club does in fact make a 06+ passenger rail, as does Ballade Sports as well now.

The driver side is the same for all years. There is only one driver side rail from Buddy Club, regardless of different part numbers or descriptions floating around the intrawebs.

It's the passenger side that is different for 06+ models.

^ our resident seat rail expert
They are currently out of stock btw. There were issues with the rail on the passenger side and they are being modified. Last I heard, they should have a revised rail out in March. I was sold the wrong rail by THM (it's in the seller feedback thread) and found out by asking around the forum.

Well that makes sense then...

I made it work with a 00-05 rail though. Made a 1.5" spacer and got some M8 1.25 40mm bolts. Mounted the left side rail/spacer to seat and bolted the seat to the car. I than lined up the right side rail and mounted it in the car and then bolted it to the seat last. Ofcourse I left the bolts to the car loose so that I had wiggle room when mounting everything together.

Seems strong, shaking the seat shakes the whole car.

It faintly tounches the door, not enought to leave a mark though.
