Really? I thought it would be possible to buy a harness bar aftermarket. I have never seen one though. The only harness bars I have seen for the S are part of the roll bar.
I am concerned with the Hard Dog for my car because it looks like it mounts really far forward. I am over 6' and I am afraid it would put me too close to the wheel.

Thanks,

Jim

If the car were to rollover the harness would keep you from moving. A stock seatbelt allows you to move or tuck to prevent injury.
A roll bar would be tall enough to protect and since the harnesses have to extend at 20% down there is no place to mount them without removing the rear interiror panels.

I was looking to purchase the Buddy Club seats with super low down seat rails. I can't seem to find a southeast dealer. They all seem to be in CA. Anyone know of any?

Because that's where a larger majority of the import crowd is? *shrug*

Yeah, but I want to sit in the seat to see how it feels. It looks pretty narrow, and the larger version is too wide (585mm)for the S2000. It may fit, but it would definitely rub against the rear panel.

The maximum wing width would be 22.5" or 570mm before it rubs the door.
I thing 20" for the distance from the transmission tunnel to the door for the lower portion of the seat.

Yeah, seat buying sucks. I purchased two seats myself without sitting in them. The first was too small, recaro SPG profi, the second was just right, sparco pro 2000. Both had required different hardware to fit properly.
