not w2w, just hpde's:

1) Bride Zeta III
2) ~32"
3) 5'11"
4) broad shoulders (190lbs)

I would say don't bother buying this seat if you have a waist > 34". Even at 32", I am very uncomfortable. I would say ideal waist size = ~30", with a somewhat skinny build.

Had a Sparco Evo before in a vette, which fit far better. Also, my shoulders are very broad, and don't really fit in this seat--the spine of my back doesn't touch the seat back unless if forced, as my shoulders are held back by the wings.

I think the Sparco Evo is a much sturdier and better made seat. But as pointed out previously, it will not fit right unless if you cut the wings, or take off your door panel, or you're willing to mount it off-center.

Sorry to bring this thread back up, but what's the difference between the recaro spg and spg profi? I know pole positions are completely separate and a little wider, but what about these two?

I think it's the same seat. Recaro SPG profi is the full name.

The seat will fit just about thought it hits the door a bit.
Theres only realy one position I can put it in my buddy club rail is bent so it is fixed position.

It suits me fine 5.11 @ 190lbs

I love this seat realy comfortable, FIA, side protection and I think I paid about $650 new
Do seats like this one with the high "Rally style" side support and the HANS side bolsters make it too hard to get in/out of the S with the stock steering wheel? I really like this seat. Here's another with the high side support (no HANS): (Corsa) http://www.saferacer.com/sparco-cors...?productid=775 . And all the Racetech seats are that way as well. http://www.ioportracing.com/Merchant...egory_Code=RTS

You wouldn't believe this but I squeezed in Sparco Pro2000 Plus seats on Buddy Club super low down rails in my AP1 after about a day of adjusting....LoL. Very tight fit, but it works. Unfortunately, autocross rules prevent me from running a proper rollbar/harness bar so that's going to wait until later this season so for now I'm still using my stock 3pt. I'm a pretty big buy so I'm held firmly in place.

1) Sparco Pro2000 Plus
2) 38"
3) 5'9"
4) Broad shouldered, fat dude

Anyone Try a Sparco Evo 2? Im a bigger guy and the car is striped, so side clearance wont be a major issue.

I just installed this seat in my car and it took some work. I had to modify the trans tunnel, and even after doing so it still rubs the door panel. The left sided halo ear also rubs against the factory hardtop quite a bit, but it is possible to latch it down. I removed the plastic trim piece. I don't know if I would've been able to latch the top with the plastic trim piece in place.

using a pair of f1 spec version 3 seats - 6.25 220 pounds I fit well in these and I use a pair of CG Locks to keep me belted in snug - It's a PITA to open the glove box but I'm ditching all of that anyway for a proper roll hoop. I wouldnt use these in a civic ect as they do have some marginal flex but in the s it's non existent and I can tell you they will take alot of abuse. Theres a special here 640 for the pair with rails and side mounts.
