If that's the case adjust it so you get a slight bit of spring preload with the tire still on the ground at full droop. If that's not possible then a ~100-150lbs assist would do the trick. Shock tuning will help with the hysteresis.

Second comment is I think you need more spring all around - with 10" wheel on 255 Yokos and I'm looking at 1000/800 as my next step. Don't mess with it till you get it working on the current setup tho.

When was the car last corner balanced? That will have an effect as well.
