Default Relocating Seat Belt Reels?

I have the standard hard dog bar and I plan to add a harness and diagonal bar onto it this summer, which would include removing the firewall to allow the harnesses to be mounted in the optimal location. But, my conundrum is I would like to retain use of the stock seat belts, so I looking for a way to mount the reels a bit lower than stock, out of the path of the harnesses. Has anyone done this?

hard dog makes a bracket that allows you to mount them on the bar. You might be able to have them send it to you and have some one local weld it on

On their website it shows an option where they will weld on tabs for the guides for the seat belts, but I am looking for a place to mount the entire seat belt reels... I will have to do a tab like that anyway, but I am going to do all of this myself instead of send it in...

Fongu on the forum has done this. He had a bar welded near the middle of the car where the glovebox would go that holds both reels. You can PM him see if he has photos.
