Default Removable windows

I saw the rob robinette online site for removable windows but for anyone have the size of aluminum sheet needed? I would like to be able to get some pieces before I disassemble my windows. I have a metal break so it won’t be to big of a deal to bend it up

His write up says 1/8” but thinner might be strong enough.

I’m looking for an actual size of the piece he used so I can see if I can get some cut offs from my local metal place

Not sure if rob is on here much anymore

from his picture looks like a 12x18 sheet would allow it to be made. From the Bend to the hole is about 7” and in the pic from scale probably 18” wide or so.

sorry I can’t help more

great idea! If I have time maybe I’ll do a write up with measurements!
