T3 car. We had it a bit overweight after coming in at Min weight as a surprise in Qualifying. Enjoy...

Ha it's my camera. And it looks good in the editing phase but the moment it ends up on youtube it looks like crap.

1:21.901 I believe the old record was a 1:22.2xx . I know Rob Hines did a low 21 in qualifying last year in the morning but with the race in the afternoon heat he only ran in the mid 22's. Our race was in 80 degree weather so I didn't think I could get her into the 21's and we didn't plan to put good tires on to try. Had we run fresh A's I'm wondering if a 20.xxx might have happened. As you can see in the video the car is still quite loose in the fast stuff.

It's a real shame but we had myself and a cobalt in the class... that was it. I'm afraid to say but unless people get off their lazy butts and come race T3 won't be around next year.

that sucks what is that southeast division or allover the place?

I'd like to think one day I might want to race an S2000 but I dunno what series/class. I mean theres no Honda Challenge S2000's around here and it sounds like T3 might not be an option either

We seem to have the west in a little better shape with 3 cars competing. Up here in the northeast we SHOULD have 3 cars, but who knows. I haven't helped out due to my injury, but I will enter my car in all the Northeast races and I will be at VIR in April. I hope we can pull it off this year because T3 is really a great class with really close racing. Now that we can remove interiors the csrs actually look like race cars.
The problem is that T3 came into existance just as the SCCA started to look to reduce classes. In the previous years there was no rules stability and a preference toward GM. Now we are all at a turning point where many classes can go away. All we can do know is show up and race and hopefully everything works out in the end.
