Whoa, 950kg? I've never heard of an S2000 getting that light, even with serious gutting. Actually, I've heard ONE report of a car that light, and that required replacing the entire body with carbon fiber panels.

You'll probably get more answers in the Racing & Competition forum - that's where the s2ki track junkies hang out.

What model year?

Obviously, proper race fluids in the transmission and diff, proper CV grease, etc.

Weld front A-arm brackets. Brake ducts maybe. High-strength wheel studs?

how tough is it to update a 2000 engine with the oiljet bolts?

My 01 engine made it an entire season before dying but that was with the stock pan on it as well..... 2nd engine made it the full season and was running strong when i sold it but it was with the updated jet bolts and a baffled oil pan.
