I'd guess it's 50/50. His ~15+ hp is a good part of it too.

I think it is cause i'm hitting 110mph with my car also at the end of the front straight. Maybe i have a secret ap2 engine with 9000 redline?

No graph plot, just a quick glance at the speedo before braking. Yes, i know its ghetto and probably wrong, but i'm pretty sure i was going faster than 105 at least.

On a side note though, Rob would need alot more than 15hp to be trapping 5 mph higher than raymund at the end of the straight. Especially if he is starting 5 mph slower.
