Springs sag over time. I bought my car used with Espelir springs on it, and like the original poster, my car is ridiculously, uselessly low. I haven't measured it, but there's no way it's just 20 mm lower than stock.

I started the vibration at 30k miles put on the spacers and it went away now I'm at 45k miles vibrations back again, I just regreased the axles and it did nothing so its time for new axles. Its not from over lowering because I'm only dropped about an inch to inch and a half.
if you have vibration from axles, then the CV cup is worn. you can swap the left side to right side to fix this.

So potentially I need to change my driver side wheel bearing again, I just changed them about 6 months ago or my drivers side hub is bad.
