Safety of Seat Mounts with Built-In Anti-Sub Mounts?
So, this winter I plan on getting harnesses (and a hans) for the car.
Next week, I'm mounting a set of Recaro Pole Positions on PCI non-slider (adjustable) mounts. What I didn't realize till just yesterday is that the mounts come with a grid of holes used for 5 or 6 point belts to attach the anti-sub straps.
My first thought was "Score! Four less holes I have to drill in the floor of my car."
Then I started trying to find information on whether this option provides the same amount of safety as mounting them directly to the floor and if this kind of mount is allowed in many race organizations.
Does anyone have any knowledge or opinions on mounting the anti-sub straps this way? I don't have the mounts yet so it's hard for me to measure exactly what the angle of the straps will be back from the slot in the seat.
Thanks for the help.

NASA CCR section 15.5 doesn't call out the specifics for the mounting of a anti-sub belt but it does say "Large diameter mounting washers should be used to spread the load. Bolting through floor panels etc. is not acceptable without required washers."
