seat rails
i figured the R/C folks would know the answer to this.
i'm going to be running a bucket seat in the very near future and i need to know which rails i need to use to be able to mount the seat in the lowest possible position. since i'm 6'1" i need to be as low as possible so in the unfortunate event of a rollover i have just that much more room.
Thank you all for your help on this.

Taitec may be the lowest, but it may not be very user friendly. I just put it in my drivers side. It has dual latches (handles) that both have to be manipulated in order to slide the seat and getting your hand down on the right side can be difficult. Having already bought it I am going to use it but I sure would have liked to have tried a Sparco first.

Mugen rails put my spoon seat to the floor and uses OEM sliders. Haven't tried Taitec.
taitecs are about as low as you can get, but like mentioned above, you will more than likely not be able to slide them depending on your seat... I'm running both sides, with spoon buckets, and I set them up before I bolted them in... there is no moving them without taking the seat out, which in itself is a pain in the ass... so long as you don't care about sliding them, you will be on the floor...

Well that defeats the purpose of a slider doesn't it?
Why not just hard mount the seat where you want it with no sliders. Save a bit of weight though nothing much on a street car.
