Shock (Ohlins) question

What is weird is I think I have too much travel at this point. I am actually bottoming into the top of the wheel well and never hitting the bump stops.

I spoke with Ohlins tech and Beau at performance shock. I learned how to measure shock travel. I also confirmed to get the ride height I am looking for, I need to adjust the shock bodies all the way in first and then reduce pre-load as needed. Reducing pre-load into the negative with actually reduce shock travel.
