Default Source for spring perch for JRZ shock bodies

Hi, I found a hairline crack in a lower perch and need a replacement (or two). My experience with JRZUSA/TPC was good but they are way too expensive. Any other sources for perches and future service/rebuilds?

Has anyone dealt with SRP Engineering in N.Y.?

Thanks

SRP Engineering rebuilt my JRZ last year. Service was good. Pricing is unknown as mine were rebuilt under warrenty.

E.R.P. Suspension Engineering in Signal Hill, CA (near Long Beach) rebuilds JRZs and Motons; did mine. He can get any parts, and may have used parts too.

Joe Stimola (SRP Engineering) is considered by many to be the best shock guy in the east. http://www.stimolaengineering.com/ I've have talked with him on many occasions. He also does trackside service at many events (SCCA Nationals, Grand Am, Solo Nationals, etc...). He has 30+ years of experience.

I have no idea what service parts costs are but I would guess your not going to see too much flux in spare part cost between the various authorized outlets.

If I was getting service or revalving with anything that Joe can work on, it would be going to him. The only exception would be Koni's, since Koni North America (w/Lee Grimes & Gordon Benson) are about 3 hours away.

Thanks - I'll give SRP and ERP a call.

Merry Christmas!
