Hello all, just thought i would share some news with you.

Honda Garage in Doncaster are offering 3 service interval plans for

Sounds good 2 minor and 1 major service... what's the catch?

i dont think there is one. she said it covers your next three services including the one you are on now. Covers all parts and labour.

But I don't think they'll do all parts.

no only parts needed during service, not break or tires, but like oil, plugs etc

This is becoming more common as dealerships focus increasingly on customer retention. Loyalty = dependable income = financial stability...

When you look at how much a service actually costs them and how much an empty workshop costs them the price is not actually a loss leader but a nice earner for them without skinning customers to the bone

This is becoming more common like Stoat says - they get all your money upfront - good for cashflow for them
