Nice job will. Tho with your :47s at Sears I would have expected better than 28s

Rev, you need to drive faster.

I know... But I'm improving. I ran freakin' 38's last time. I didn't know how I was doing until late in the day because timing wasn't working. But by that point, my tires were trashed (and they're still only 205f/225r RA-1s). Excuses aside tho, I coulda shaved about a second off my times in the chicane. Strike rode with me and clued me in that I was taking the chicane way too slow. I picked up the pace a little for the last session, but I still hadn't gotten used to coming over that blind hill at over 100 mph. Next time I'll get it right.

I'm working on getting some new tires. Aside from being too skinny, my RA-1s have about 8 days on them now and are pretty much heat-cycled into rocks. They grip like regular street tires now. I emailed the dude in NorCal that posted the Michelin PSCs for sale.

Strike's car broke down like 3 laps into the day. Also, like I said - timing wasn't working most of the day, so it's entirely possible that some of our best times got dropped. I didn't really get any times until my last session, when I tied the transponder to the underside of the car.

Krazik, you're joking, right? That's 8 days and an average of 350 or so miles of driving to get to/from each event. They're rock hard now. They feel like street tires. You can still faintly see the two center grooves on most of the tires, but I dunno how much usable rubber is left before they're gunna cord.

I didn't get to run that day. My only timed laps were three yellow flag laps from the first session before my engine started having problems. Apparently I've got a bad crankshaft position sensor.

Either way, I'd expect :27s out of you. slacker.

I'd of course beat you w/ :26s, but still.
