Default Spoon Fixed Damper kit

are they good for a few track days a year? I DD my car and i dont want the hedache of adjusting coilovers setting and searching for the best balance.

good improvement over stock? for the track days?

Yes, but for the money you'll be spending, you're not far from the decent coilover price range (PSS, PSS9). Just in case you want to reconsider.

The spoon ones are great for a very low maintance drop with some handling gains. Coilovers would offer better handling, but there are also drawbacks fo course.
