Default spring rates

What spring rates are you track guys running?

I have a set of JRZ singles and am trying to decide what springs to run. Right now, I'm leaning towards 400/450. It's a street and track car, so I don't want to go too extreme, but don't mind a firm ride because i have a daily driver. I just don't want the car to be undriveable on bumpy roads.

regular ground control kits use 340/380 springs.

Any advice? what do you guys run?

No one knows or will share what springs you are running?

I run 100N on the front and 80N on the rear with stock sway bars and MOTON shocks.

JRZs are so good that when I went to 550 all around the ride quality did not suffer at all.

Try asking Wael at Elda what springs he usually puts on the JRZ singles.

I use the regular GC kit with 280 front and 350 rear, softer than they recommend.

I have the 3-way JRZ's like twohoos but with 425 front and 550 rear and the Comptech adjustable bar on the middle hole.
