At 2400lbs, I would be more interested in swapping to all spherical joints F&R.

Depending on the surface you're going to be racing on... I would go 600-800lbs/in. spring rates.

I'm not really a believer in sway bars either. I prefer my 4 corners to work independently from one another.

Are you saying 600 front & 800 rear with no rear bar or no front and rear bars?

Problem is I don't know of any type of racing car without some sort of anti-roll bar. They're usually driver adjustable though.

I personally like the stock AP2 rear bar, some kind of adjustable front bar (I'm using Eibach) No crazy autocross bar though. and then a little more front spring rate.

I'm running spring rates in that ballpark with no bars on my autocross car. It only weighs about 1950lbs now, though.

Amen brother. I'm not fan of huge bars for road course duty either.

especially if your not stiffening up front bar much, you will need fairly high front rate springs to get the roll rates up to ideal.
how much "correction" are you planning to do on front roll center? ap1 or ap2?

I have been thinking about disconnecting the rear bar but am a little timid about, I mean its there for a reason right? As far as I unerstand the primary benefit of that is to increase understeer and reduve oversteer correct?

It's an AP1 and I'm not sure about how much roll center adjusting to do. I thought the off-the-shelf products you could buy weren't adjustable but just offer a set amount of correction?

I looked at the spherical joints from Asura and actually talked to them about it for a bit. Ultimately though its just too much cash for something like that right now. I'd rather spend the $1500+ on a million other things first. I'd like to go that right eventually though.

I'll give the 600/500 combo a shot since so many people are suggesting that as a good starting point. When I look at manufacturer websites/specs everything is in the 200-400 range though (tein, h&r, etc.). Who would yall recommend as a manufacturer? And yes, I made sure the measurement unit was in lbs.

For springs? Swift or Hyperco. Eibach after that. Leave everything else alone.
