And a deer jumping in from of a moving car isn't compressive. It's always been explained to me that if your car is moving (or the other car is moving - ie: it rolled into you) then its collision. Compressive would be when the dear runs into it while its parked.

Add Progressive to the list of insurance companies that have now adopted similar verbiage.
My most recent renewal (also for WA) included almost identical wording that states no coverage when driving the car on a track designed for racing. This is a change from my coverage as of last year which was specific to events in which either racing, timing or practice for such an event was involved.
Thanks for the head's up Mike - my homeowner's policy is from State Farm and I was considering switching my S2k over to that company after reading my recent Progressive renewal. I guess I will be doing some more insurance shopping now.
