Default Which steel lug nuts to buy and where?

Are there particular steel lug nuts that everyone uses for the track? If so, which ones and where can I get some? Closed or open end is fine.

I would run aluminum lugs (and probably get the 949 lugs), but read about how steel lugs are just more durable and worth the extra weight.

Thanks

IMHO, worry about lug nut weight is about last on my racing to do list, right before buffing out cone marks from the bumper. Neither of which will make me any faster.

i run project kics r40, but for the money the muteki sr48 are hard to beat. I see alot of time attack and drift teams running them on their race cars.

Whatever lug nuts you decide to use, make certain they have the correct seat for your application. OEM Honda wheels use ball or spherical seats, whereas most aftermarket wheels use a tapered of conical seat. You risk losing the wheel if the wrong seat type is used.
