Most stock legal S2000s with healthy bushings and no bends in the arms can't get -2. I would guess -1.7 is average out of the drivers front and -2 out of the passenger front. After some potholes, railroad tracks, curbs, etc. you can get as much as you want! lol My '05 got about -1.5/-1.8 and the CR got -1.7/-2.1 when they were new. After the '05 got to about 20k miles and 3 years old, the suspension would flex more when I loosened everything up. As a result I could force over -2 degrees before tightening everything back up. The CR is about the same after 4k miles and 6 months.

Sounds like you either have a very healthy suspension or the car has had something bent. A good custom alignment guy can get to the root of this for you. Good luck.

i have:

Camber 2.0 F , 2.5 R
total front toe 0
total rear toe 34 min

castor 5'15 (funny that i could only get this max when stock was 6)

More camber = Less caster but I could get -2 with 6 degrees caster though..

My car is a 2004 with 45K miles on it. It'll get the following:

Front camber: 1.9L, 2.0R
Caster: 5.9L, 5.5R, so we set them both to 5.5

Rear camber: as much as 2.9L, 3.0R. I, personally, run 2.0 in the rear.

My 2006, I tried finding what max camber was on stock wheels and tires and got:

-2.7 camber front
-3.7 camber rear
+6 caster

with +45 17"x9" and 255's all around my current settings are:

FRONT

Keep in mind your caster will affect the amount of camber you can get. If you told your alignment guy to get max caster before he do the camber, you'll see very little camber. I was able to get 1.7 in the front and 2.8 in the rear.

I set camber at -1.75 front, the maxed out caster. I have -2.5 rear camber. All stock relevant suspension parts.
