I am running the innovative mounts with the black 75a black polyurethane. They have settled out and the vibration is mostly in the front bumper cover/under tray depending on how many clips are missing at any given time. Fender liner and under panel clips are a constant maintenance item.

It's definitely help for a more consistent shift to third gear when needed. More direct feel in general.

Innovative has some new S2000 products...

So did we all come to conclusion the inovative diff mounts are legal? They appear to have less metal then the stock ones.

I would have been debating for the innovative mounts from a compliant material perspective under the 2012 and prior rule (which was very poorly written), but that is a mute point now with the new 2013 rule where the steel innovative mounts clearly meet the rule because they weigh more than OEM. If the innovative billet aluminum mounts weigh less than OEM then they would not be legal. The two lower bolts and the bushing bolt should be included in the weight for the innovative mounts because the OEM ones have the lower studs built in and they do not have a through bushing bolt like the innovative.

Driver side is 5lb9oz and passenger side is 5lb10oz. This is for the assembly (aluminum, rubber bushing, and nuts on the lower studs).

Stock Diff mounts are 4 lb and 5 oz per side

Inovative Mounts- 4 lbs and 15 oz (10 oz heavier on each side) STR legal!

Not yet, but I like them and the price is very reasonable.

I am assuming that "mounts" for the drive train, including diff, fall under "engine/transmission mounts." They certainly are not suspension bushings. Certainly for front/mid drive cars engine/transmission mounts include the transaxle mounts which includes the diff. I guess it would be worth clarifying with SCCA.
