What did you have it set at the last time you got aligned?

And why not 245s all around?

No swaybars must be used as a set. It depends on what you're attempting to fix. Since most folks are looking to tame oversteer and/or rear wheel tire lift, a front bar can be used without mucking with the rear. That said, a holistic approach would ultimately work better, depending on any rules you need to observe, but then springs would be a better solution than swaybars...

never had her aligned... lazy and she is fast as is.

cant fit 245 up front

not to mention re01r at 225 are cheap enough to burn through

They actually didn't make 245/45-16 RE-01Rs. A lot of tires do not come in this size (NT01s come to mind). Fortunately, the "225" on the RE-01R is pretty wide.
