sway bar questions
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Honda-S2000...1QQcmdZViewItem
i been looking and waiting for one of the 3 (comptech, saner, grendon) front swaybars to pop up for sale for a while now and went on ebay last night to look for one when i came across a 30mm solid bar for like $200 buks.
the bar is 30mm solid. some of the other 3 are 1.25" (slightly smaller then 30mm) and hollow and stiffer then oem.
being slightly larger and solid, this ebay brand stabilizer should be stiffer then oem as well right?
what do you all think? should i try it? should i risk it? waste of my time?
*i just found a chart on their website for stiffness*
http://www.whiteline.com.au/docs/bulletins/010barup.pdf
i dont know the stock front swaybar size at the moment.

MY00-MY01 FSB: diameter 28.2 mm, wall thickness 5mm
MY02+ FSB: diameter 26.5 mm, wall thickness 4.5mm
The chart you link is applicable to solid bars using the same material of the Whiteline bar. You can't really use it for hollow bars, like the OEM. I've seen 50% stiffer than stock (which I assume means MY00-01) quoted for the Whiteline. Here is a link to the thread with a compilation of FSB's.

It's really cheap, so no reason not to try it. It's going to be stiffer than stock. Whether or not it's right for you or your application who knows? You have to try and find out.
[/shameless plug on]
FYI I do have a Comptech adjustable FSB for sale. It 's a little more expensive than the Whiteline though
