Tein RS?
running the RS's, need to get sticky tires to really test them out, been wasting my time at the track with street tires. Oh well, as for adjustibility...
but it's tricky to tune. As for having the same or different spring rates, that's up to driver preference. Cars are set up for the driver, there isn't a general or ideal suspension set-up. It boils down to how you drive the car and your weaknesses/strengths to mask or unmask through suspension settings. I still need to properly tune my suspension and get a good alignment.
Very interesting jwfisher!
I was looking into the same exact setup! I have a decent amount of driving experiance and would like to get the rs setup as well. Just today I came across a site www.morrissdampers.com and I think that their stuff is probably better. I talked to Evan and he really knows what he's talking about. I am also looking into JIC stuff -- it seems like they may be a little better value. You might want to check them out. Whatever you do or find out let me know or pm and we can shoodt the sh!t.

slick rick - one of my customers should be installing his set of JIC's on in the next few days. he'll be taking it to the track soon, and I'm sure he'll give all the good and bad points about the setup. stay tuned in the next few weeks.
