Too much camber/caster

Your Spoon camber joints aren't in any way "less aggressive" and they aren't roll center adjusters. Before you said you had front Hardrace RCA's (with no camber offset), so the Spoon camber joints are providing the camber increase as designed. But going from -1.9 max with no camber joints and RCAs to -3.9 minimum with camber joints and no RCA in the front is quite the shift. Again for reference the front of my car is at 330mm (13") with J's Racing latest S1 camber joint which also has roll center correction built in, I am at -2.6 in the front and could go a little less aggressive than that if needed.

If -1.9 was in fact the max camber, are you sure they were actually the hard race with camber offset? Were the joint mounting points offset like the Spoons or centered on the joint?

I've had AI look at the car twice in the past and -1.9 was indeed maxed out.
Here's the Hardrace RCA recently taken off:

Just got back from a different alignment shop. Raised the car another .5", so its about 13-13.5" all around now. My max positive is still reading off the charts:
Camber
F: -3.5
R: -3.5
Caster: 6.8
Toe
F: 0.0
R: 0.20
This doesn't really help you with your issue but I wonder if the hard race joints were installed backwards? If so the joints would add more positive camber, but your car was lowered so your adjustment range and max negative camber was still close to stock? If the hard race joints were installed backwards then one solution would be to reinstall them making sure they are offsetting the bottom of the knuckle outward correctly. It also seems to be more desirable to have RCAs front and rear to maintain the roll axis, but that is a different issue.
The Spoon joints definitely seem to have more of an offset than the hard race joints though. The hard race look to be the equivalent of the J's S1, and the Spoon is closer to the offset of the J's S2.

.
All of that said that wouldn't account for the rear. Alignment equipment calibration isn't the issue. Maybe certain bushings are worn out? Is it possible to have the rear toe arm adjusted in such a way that would be causing this in the rear?

It is my understanding that the hard race camber joint is similar to the original J's S1 in terms of camber offset.

I recently read that the Spoon is more aggressive in neg camber gains than Js S2. And if your cars lowered why do you need any rear camber adj added?
I think ditch the hard race camber/ RCA jnts and replace the spoon front jnts with Js S1 or L1.

OP can you post some pics of your car? Seems like it being too low is the only thing left despite the measurements provided.
Yeah I don't think the rear RCAs would have much of an effect on the camber range other than how they will effect the ride height.
Yes the difference between the two is pretty large. Still though with the Hardrace installed and the car lowered I think you should have been able to get more than -1.9. But I could be wrong. The Hardrace is a pretty conservative offset. But your results with them don't seem to match others.
Here is an example of someone getting -2.4 front camber on an AP2 with stock suspension and ride height: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/885...t__p__21079140

"The BSK's do allow more rear camber, especially on the AP1s. I can get -3.0 with the Megan Racing BSK and no other suspension mods."
Sounds like the rear issue can be solved with readjustment of your rear toe arms. And the front is simply an issue of the Spoon joints being too extreme.
